Hi Dr. Martin and thank you for your videos I got really excited to have possibly found a real solution to my acne! I have been dealing with mild acne on my face and back since I was 13 and it has been couple years that Ive tried many acne products though as you said they only treated the symptoms if I was even lucky (maybe they even got worse because of all the chemicals). So as of now I have so many scars and blemishes left that have made my face even worse. Continued?

I have seen anecdotal evidence that would say yes, it does have an effect..and not a good one.

aspirin is an anti inflammatory..what you put on your skin absorbs into your body. acne is part inflammatory…Is it getting down to the cause of the inflammation…No. aspirin can also have serious effects on your liver and may cause digestive side effects.

love your videos, i used to have clear skin, but then about two months ago, i started eating cup noodles everyday, sodas, and lack of sleep…then all of a sudden, i got breakouts like crazy! it was just on my left face, then it’s on my right face too. but now i had changed my diet to a healthier one, eat more vegetables, drink more water, now my skin is getting a bit better…..i know it’s gonna take some time for my skin to completely get cleared up. …….damn those junk foods!

i started using crushed up aspirin on my face because my friends used it and it did somewhat clear mine up and i was wondering if it was a coincidence or if there’s something in aspirin that makes it better.

Water is very important for your body to work properly. Will JUST drinking more water make your acne go away? I haven’t had that experience. It shoud be helpful for your overall health though.

I would assume it works for quite a few due to widespread distribution of the product. I don’t feel it is the answer to underlying health conditions that I feel lead to acne production. It looks as if it is a topical treatment. It did not work for me.

i was wondering if sugar is a big cause for acne??

acne is much more than just releasing toxins…releasing toxins is good, but not going to eliminate an acne problem.
